Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle all shipping documents, custom declaration and permit for import and export, including data compilation for invoices
• Ensure relevant shipping documents are ready and deliver to respective parties such as banks in a timely manner
• Correspondence with customers to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery
• Ensure relevant supporting certificates are ready by the registration department prior to shipment
• Coordination with freight forwarders to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements
• Provide daily customer service to customers or distributors on order follow up and shipping information
• May need to prepare L/C documentation and LC negotiation
• Other Admin and Ad Hoc duties when required.
• Preferably with some Book keeping knowledge

Requirements:

• Experience in import and export documentation and shipping procedures
• Basic Bookkeeping
• Company is doing packaging food and meat trading.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the monthly and yearly consolidation of group results.

· Responsible for financial analysis of the Group’s performance, budget variance analyses and provides information and advice to management on performance achieved and areas for improvements.

· Preparation of timely and accurate management reports

· Provides financial oversight and support for the Company’s overseas’ subsidiaries, including instituting and standardization of financial/accounting policies and internal controls.

· Prepares ad hoc reports to management including reports on Group’s performance and product and project performance.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or professional accountancy qualification (eg ACCA, CIMA) in local university.

• Candidates with good business acumen, financial analysis and management accounting experience is preferred

• Candidates should have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Ability to work with all levels of

staff and cope with changes is essential

• IT Savy, good in Excel Power Pivot/Power BI/Powerpoint or Experience with ERP implementation (Oracle fusion) and process improvements will be a distinct advantage.

• Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and outreach initiatives to raise awareness and promote active participation.
• Create and manage content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, blogs, and press releases.
• Monitor and respond to community inquiries and feedback through various platforms, fostering a positive and interactive communication environment
• Analyze data from marketing tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content that effectively communicate our mission and initiatives.
• Ensure all communications align with our brand voice and strategic objectives.
