About the role

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the retail landscape and make an impact on the success of the business. The candidate will be work closely with our retail leadership, commercial, supply partners, and logistics team to ensure that our customers have improved on shelf availability, as well as utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and report on key performance indicators to help guide decision making. The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand
• Effectively build the promotion uplifts and manage trend, and seasonality with respect to the DFI Banner stores
• Collaborate with commercial, category and vendors to ensure the timely availability of products
• Create the supply planning in collaboration with the supply partner and monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment orders as needed
• Analyze data and use it to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement
• Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and demand forecasts
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as fill rate and inventory accuracy
• Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and/or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain/demand planning role
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management skills, systems knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Data Query/Analytics
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

The Kindergarten and Elementary School seek enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant Teachers to join our growing inclusive Education and Therapy Team. The successful candidates will have a passion for inclusion and supporting all students to meet their potential. They will work with our Learning Support Teacher to provide intervention and support for students under the classroom teacher's direction. They will also be part of our wider team developing inclusive provisions and therapies.

Position requirements:

As part of the inclusive Education and Therapy Team, you may work across the Kindy and Elementary Schools to support multiple students with wide-ranging needs and abilities. This may include direct work to support students on a 1:1 or small group basis.

Supervision of children on the playground. Some basic personal care and toileting duties.

Experience in an International School setting is preferred, but not essential

Experience in supporting children with mild-moderated additional learning needs and Autism is required. Where candidates have experience in supporting students within an Early Intervention model, this would be advantageous.

Job Summary:

Support the development, implementation and administration of C&B programs that align with the company's overall strategic objectives, including salary proposal, benefit management, salary benchmarking, while ensuring cost effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Engage in different C&B related projects such as salary proposal, benefits benchmarking, annual review process for salary adjustment, bonus and incentive.
• Maintain consistent deployment of compensation policy and practice, identifying inconsistencies and develop corrective actions. Act as a change agent by facilitating, managing and implementing the necessary modifications to ensure that it is communicated & executed effectively and accurately.
• Review of compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
• Support in preparation of C&B data for analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.
• Handling C&B related enquiries from different levels of staff.
• Other Ad-hoc C&B projects assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day facility operations engaging internal and external vendor services and maintain expected performance and requirement for facility upkeep.
• Create or revise SOP and other documentations periodically or as and when required.
• Manage and develop system spare parts list and introduce new spare as required.
• Manage maintenance program and revise as required.
• Support Global Network initiatives.
• Review and ensure the systems and procedures meet cGMP regulatory compliance where applicable and support on audit preparation and responses.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiative or project.
• Lead or support site or function events.

Requirements

• A minimum of Diploma in Engineering/ Facilities Management is preferred along with 2 plus years’ experience in General Building Facilities - Carpark/ Vending Machines/ Canteen Upgrades/CCTV etc.
• Candidate must have proficiency in a windows based environment and software (Word, PowerPoint, project, advanced excel and access)
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively and report in to stakeholders in China.
