• To assist to prepare forms and expenditures claims and keep copies of invoices and receipts;
• To label and keep records of existing and new Science teaching and learning materials and laboratory apparatus such as teachers’ desk copies, reference books, DVDs, lab apparatus and chemicals, etc;
• To maintain loan records of Science Resources;
• To pack and organize the resources in the Science Rooms. Ensure that the Science rooms are clean and conducive for lessons;
• To ensure laboratory equipment, materials and specimens are in good working conditions. Conduct stock-take at least twice a year. Assist to update the stock record and breakage record to initiate ordering of replacements, when necessary;

• To ensure safety of students in the Science rooms. Record and report any incidents to Science HOD / LH. Maintain a laboratory incident log book;
