• Budget Management: Manage the IT department’s capital and revenue budgets in close collaboration with the Financial Controller.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews of team members, fostering continuous improvement and development.
• Strategy Development: Lead the development, implementation, and review of IT systems and strategies in consultation with Department Heads/Directors.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure IT department operations align with COMO Hotels and Resorts' product specifications and Leading Quality Assurance standards.
• Systems Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel systems to ensure their optimal utilization.
