Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the complete lifecycle of master instruments such as Master L/Cs, Contracts, and Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate tracking, processing, and transmission of information.
• Process and handle Shipper’s DA/Export Documents, including retirement, endorsement, and forwarding for L/C collection.
• Coordinate with buyers and banks to follow up on proceeds, ensuring timely import payments and proper documentation.
• Review and reconcile invoices, monitor export proceeds, manage bank accounts, and execute accurate fund transfers.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, liaise with HQ。
• Ensure up-to-date maintenance of transaction documents for financial statements and update daily trade registers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in trade finance, particularly in handling banking and export document processing.
• Familiarity with financial documentation and trade registers is an advantage.

What you will be working on?

Volunteer Recruitment and Management

• To assist in the recruitment of new volunteers via various public roadshows.
• Maintaining and updating volunteer records in VMS.

Event Management & Training Support

• Supervising volunteers during major sporting events, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate logistics & training support for all key events (e.g. Sport Day, Quarterly Training Weekends, Leadership Sessions and Mass Rally).
