1. Maintenance & Repair:
   • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems, and appliances.
   • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the apartment’s systems and appliances, ensuring timely repairs.
   • Address minor repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing light bulbs, or repairing broken fixtures.
2. Preventive Maintenance:
   • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities remain in good working condition.
   • Keep accurate records of maintenance work and report potential problems before they become major issues.
3. Health & Safety Compliance:
   • Ensure that all maintenance and repair work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
   • Assist with fire safety checks, emergency lighting tests, and other safety measures required by law.
4. Guest Service & Support:
   • Respond promptly to guest complaints or maintenance requests, ensuring any issues are resolved swiftly and professionally.
   • Communicate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk staff, to ensure minimal disruption to guests.
5. Inventory & Equipment Management:
   • Manage and maintain tools and equipment needed for maintenance work, ensuring they are in good condition.
   • Keep track of maintenance supplies and ensure timely restocking.
6. Facility Upkeep:
   • Perform regular checks of communal areas, such as lobbies, corridors, and recreational facilities, to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all equipment.
7. Reporting & Documentation:
   • Record all maintenance work, including details of repairs made, time taken, and materials used.
   • Report any significant maintenance issues to the property management team for further action.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general and specific IT related controls on client’s system by examining records, clients operating system’s policy and processes
• Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure that key stake holders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes of the review
• Complete documentation of audit tests, findings as well as recommendation
• Identify, analyse and interpret data using data analytics tools
• Work well in teams and show dynamism, flexibility and willingness to continually learn and coach
• Consistently deliver quality works

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/Computing
• Minimum 5 years of IT audit experience, preferably from Big 4
• Strong analytical skills, experience in data analytics preferred
• Proactive and possess the passion to lead by example
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as good report writing skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
• Possess CISA is an added advantage

• Identify opportunities for automation to improve the efficiency and reduce manual task.
• Responsible for IT initiatives, like system updates, deployments, process enhancements ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors to purchase, maintain and support IT equipment and services.
• Plan skill development for the IT support team to upgrade their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and follow ITIL for IT service management ensuring best practices and meeting SLA and audit requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations (preferably EUC), with at least 2 years in managerial role.
• Proficiency in managing end-user computing environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
• Good communication skills.
• Relevant certs such as ITIL, in End User Computing will be preferred.
