· Familiar with code requirements and BIM submission standards

· Proficient in the use of BIM software, Bentley & ARCHICAD

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the built environment industry

· Communicates well, able to work independently as well as in a team to deliver projects in a timely manner

The Aircon Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various types of equipment and machinery.

Job Responsibilities

• Installing new equipment and machinery
• Installing the necessary components of an air conditioning systems such as the compressor, condenser and evaporator
• Maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure they are functioning properly
• Inspecting and testing equipment to diagnose problems and determine necessary repairs
• Repairing or replacing defective parts, such as motors, belts, gears, and electrical components
• Troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery, such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
• Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in the field of maintenance and repair
• Proving technical support to customers or clients
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

• Min. 2 years of related work experience
• NITEC or equivalent
• Physically fit and able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 5 days work week with alternate Saturday
