Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and calibrating automated PLC control panels, skid systems, and various instruments. Responsibilities:

1. Calibration and Testing:Conduct calibration, testing, and commissioning of automated PLC control panels and skid systems.
   Perform line checking, loop checking, and input-output checking using Process Meters.
   Repair, test, and troubleshoot faulty instruments, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines.
   
2. Installation and Commissioning:Install, test, and commission new instrumentation equipment.
   Conduct air tube testing, termination on both field and panel, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
   Inject digital and analog signals (4-20mA, 0-20mA, and digital signals) as part of commissioning procedures.
   
3. Documentation:Prepare comprehensive documentation for all calibration, testing, and commissioning activities.
   Maintain accurate records of work performed, instrument status, and calibration schedules.
