This is a traineeship program that will offer an opportunity for ITE or Diploma fresh graduates to obtain knowledge from structured training and OJT to gain work experience that will accelerate their technical competency and career progression in GE Aerospace.

The trainee will be responsible for all related operations for automated welding & laser machines.

Essential Responsibilities:

• The job requires the candidate to take internal/external exams & periodic proficiency exams.
• Perform set-up, calibration, programming, operation of automated welding, or laser machining that meets engine component repair requirements.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, housekeeping & process control of the machines and associated processes.
• Assist in process improvement and/or development, including but not limited to fixture design, programming, and machine maintenance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Job Objective/s

To be able to develop and maintain engineering and production software platforms. Capable of using C#, MySQL, Google App Script, Javascript, Python languages for developments & modifications. Good understanding of the manufacturing workflow environment type of software requirements. Design and build structured database, Data Visualization, data warehouse, data pollings and AI algorithms fitting our use

Duties and Responsibilities

- Development, administration and maintenance of developed software applications such as DMES, G-suite based applications, and engineering tools like for yield analysis softwares and other softwares
- Develop customized solution of MES system for ATP production; extension of MES system from Fab.

- Analyse Data and create Data Visualization using TIBCO software or related software or dashboards
- Lead cross functional team meetings for software solutions and improvements.

- Develop and maintain software programs that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Write, review user requirements, documentation, test plans and deployment of developed software.
- Prepare User’s Manual and Troubleshooting guide
- Qualify User Acceptance Tests (UAT) of developed softwares and modification before to release

Specific Knowledge / Skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintain of machinery & facility maintenance records for traceability needs
• Maintaining of air conditioning, electric power, plumbing and lighting system, cleaning, decoration, grounds, building keeping and security of building surroundings.
• Responsible in overseeing all aspects of safety to ensure compliance to the Workplace and Health Act and other safety related statutory legislations.
• Conducting audits in facilities on relevant risks and support and work with facilities to mitigate these risks.
• Maintaining comprehensive records and reports on safety and environment management activities.
• Monitor and escort external sub-contractors in carrying out repair and maintenance works within Company’s premises
• To react actively in recovery of daily machineries & accessories breakdown (To be efficient with least MB downtime)

• Plan, schedule and perform of preventive maintenance program on machinery & facility (Compressor, cooling tower, air-condition, etc)

• Work closely with purchaser to be cost efficient for repair and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/ Tool & Die/ Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or equivalent;
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience preferred;
• Candidates holding an Electrician’s license and prior relevant working experience in medical molds industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine microbiology/chemistry testing services by using established procedures/protocols. Support testing by following procedure in completing validation/revalidation activities (equipment and/or processes) for critical systems and sterilization equipment.
• Perform preliminary investigation and write-up; deliberate with Microbiologist/Chemist in root cause investigations for product/sample failures and Out-of-Specifications (OOS).
• Perform validation/re-validations for new/existing laboratory equipment according to established protocol.
• Update operating procedures and/or validation protocols/reports
• Data entry and trending of routine microbial/chemistry testing for analysis by Microbiologist/Chemist
• Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records.
