This is a critical system that processes all the domestic payments received from our corporate customers in this region.

You will be expected to play an important role in ensuring good quality, timely delivery of the system solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts requirements analysis and collaborate with business units to elicit and review business requirements
• Work with cross functional teams to analyse and define the integration requirements between different systems, highlighting any dependencies and impacts
• Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements based on the business requirements
• Monitor and manage risks/issues related to the requirements and scope creep
• Work with offshore test team to translate requirements to test scenarios and test cases. Validates test result to ensure the fixes are tested correctly before rolling out to production.
• Clarify test findings escalated by test team and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Liaise with the relevant teams including vendors to investigate reported issues/problem, identify root cause/impact, implement workaround and fixes to resolve issue.
• Manage the outstanding defects/change requests, prioritize with business units and plan for the fix or implementation.
• Provide L3 production incident analysis, resolving, handle user queries and change requests.
• Maintain up to date knowledge based or documents related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field

• 7+ Years of experience with specialization on Payments implementations, with exposure to methodologies and frameworks for business analysis

· Experience in Payment & Settlement systems with strong domain knowledge of Asia Pacific payment systems (e.g. RTGS, NEFT, ACH, CITAD, G3 Fast, Payroll etc.)

· Excellent Knowledge of ISO20022 payment standard and SWIFT messages

• Experience with TCS Bancs Payments product preferred

· Familiar with project management fundamentals and change management processes

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and possess drive, and ability to work independently and a good team player

ALM Risk Business Analyst

1. Responsibilities

1.1. Gather, collate, and analyze requirements from business users and provide clear functional specifications for enhancements to ALM Risk Systems.

1.2. Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes.

1.3. Design solutions that are sound, adequate, and forward-looking to address ALM business requirements.

1.4. Plan, schedule, and executes to deliverable objectives from initiation till successful implementation within agreed timelines.

1.5. Devise comprehensive test plans (including test scenarios and test cases) to test IT deliverables.

1.6. Perform User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Simulation Testing and Live verifications to ensure system deliveries meet requirements objectives.

1.7. Formulate a Roadmap for ALM Risk Systems that continually addresses existing and potential business needs.

1.8. Provide functional support to business users and co-manage ALM Risk System production issues with technology partners.

2. Requirements

2.1. Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related quantitative discipline with about 1 to 5 years’ relevant experience in business analysis area

2.2. Understanding and experience in ALM Risk, including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk, specifically LCR, NSFR, MCO, IRRBB is preferred.

2.3. Prior experience in implementing or managing an ALM Risk System would be an advantage.

2.4. Prior business analysis experience of interfacing between IT Teams and end Users and translating / documenting business requirements into documents that can be used by IT Teams for development of systems solutions.

2.5. Knowledge of machine learning and AI usage would be useful.
