JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for quality assurance and version iteration testing to ensure functional quality of the final products.

• Participate in long-term quality promotion work, including defect tracking, root cause analysis, version quality analysis, project reviews, etc.

Position Requirements & Education:

- Education: GEC “O” level

Position Description:

· Perform manufacturing operations associated with production parts.

· Ability to communicate what has been experienced and or seen.

· Accurately and efficiently set-up equipment per engineering instructions / Customer’s spec.

· Execute daily autonomous maintenance and set-up activities.

· Assist in developing improvement methods and practices to increase production output safely.

· Accurately complete/create documentation associated with production processes.

· Ensure timely and accurate transactions of workflow in Oracle system.

· Assist in performing required process capability studies, equipment installation qualifications, and process validation.

· Active participation on audit such as safety inspection, STOP card, Job safety Analysis.

· Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety regulations, PPE requirements, SOP, Job Instructions and Good manufacturing procedures.

· Responsible for upkeep of production areas and provide a clean and safe work environment.

· Other duties as assigned

• Fogging, Misiting, search and destroy of pest.
• Manage client expectations.

Carry out maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, automation, and instrumentation of equipment applied by Hydraulic Tools & Equipment and Hydraulic integrated system

Troubleshoot problems by gathering and analysing power quality data

Ensure longer life of obsolete equipment and save funds by carrying out detailed troubleshooting

Perform maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of systems

Repair and maintain hydraulic cylinders and carry out work on related control circuit equipment

Carry out maintenance, repair, and installation of building circuits and similar equipment

Prepare reports, maintain records, and requisition supplies and parts

Inspect and supervise work done by external vendors.

Go on site to carry out works

Candidates with mechanical and electrical works experience is an advantage

Diploma/degree fresh grad are welcomed too
