Job Title : Building Facility Technician

Location : Tuas

Working Day: Monday to Friday: 7.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.

Tuesday to Saturday: 7.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.

Changing rotating every 2 week

Basic : up to $2500

Responsibility

• Work in a team to maintain the mechanical or electrical installation and equipment.
• Assist in the installation, operation and maintenance of Company's manufacturing plant machinery, building and associated facilities.
• Carries out inspection and servicing of the Company's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air-conditioning units, machinery and equipment.
• Attend to requests / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs.
• Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provides assistance as required.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with some relevant experience in building, facilities, and M&E services maintenance.
• Able to support duty on weekends/Public holidays or perform 12 hrs rotating (Day/ Night) shift when required.

Position: Quality/Testing Technician
Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, with OT availability)
Salary: $3,300 to $3,800 (depending on experience) + AWS
Annual Leave: 15 days for the first 3 years, increases by 1 day annually up to a cap of 18 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing of items such as cables and wire harnesses for defects
• Complete test reports during the testing of power distribution units
• Hands-on work, including troubleshooting and calibration of equipment
• Manage workflow for project transfer engineering documents
• Perform pin find testing
• Ensure standardization of quality assurance measures for all products and processes
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure audio, video, and lighting equipment including microphones, projectors, video monitors, and more.
• Operate consoles for audio, lighting, visual displays, and VMix systems when required.
• Ensure all equipment is safely stored and manage inventory effectively.
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients on location to ensure their vision is brought to life.
• Take on any additional tasks to ensure event success—your creativity and problem-solving will be highly valued!

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in audio, visual, and lighting (AVL) event production.
• A strong background in managing live events and handling client needs under pressure.
• A diploma or degree in a related field of study is a plus!
• Passion, precision, and a can-do attitude that shines during high-stakes projects.
