Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to repair equipment issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in nonfunctioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts
• Perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers
• Perform Preventive Maintenance and necessary equipment calibrations
• Be responsible for meeting shift critical metric (Key Performance Indicators) ensuring equipment operating in specified performance levels
• Prepare shift reports and conduct shift passdowns
• Lead CIP (Continuous Improvement Projects) with fellow team members
• Analyze equipment data to make recommendations for advanced troubleshooting
• Perform housekeeping for a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate and collaborate with fellow operation partners to expeditiously resolve production line issues

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or automation-related fields.
• Certificates from technical or vocational education with relevant course of study preferably relevant to automation-related fields.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the proper exercise of QHSE Policy and Procedures required by company and conduct daily parts inspection and factory acceptance test in line with specifications, standards, and procedures in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• QHSE Responsibility: Comply with Company QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and Standards; Comply with government laws and regulations on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; Commit to QHSE target year by year with his specific QHSE responsibility on site.
• Conduct tests and measures all electronic products, components, assemblies, and subassemblies to make sure they are fully functioning, accurate and assembled correctly and in accordance with specifications
• Work from complicated drawings, and specifications, using standard methods and procedures to perform dimensional inspection.
• Document the results of inspections and tests using the designated business system, following the defined procedure and test plan.
• Ensure that measurement systems have valid calibration and are functional for the product inspection and test.
• Perform factory acceptance test according to procedure.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role involves managing the daily operations and maintenance of workshop machinery, including CNC machines, table saws, and radial arm saws, ensuring all equipment remains in optimal working condition.
