Job description:

• To carry out pest control inspection at client premises
• To carry out pest control treatment e.g. fogging, spraying and baiting
• To design pest management plan according to site situation
• To carry out follow up on pest issue until problem solved
• To submit service report promptly
• To attend pest complaint at client premises as instructed
• To provide good quality service to customers
• Provide feedback to management and client for any pest infestation, irregularities, improvement action (housekeeping/ proofing), etc.
• Ensures the safety operation of pest control equipment and use of chemicals
• Able to travel from place to place to conduct pest control activities
• Required to work outdoor at times

Working hour:

Mon to Fri 8.30 to 5.30pm / Sat 8.30am to 1230pm

Salary Range:

$1700 to $2700

Electrical Wiring Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install and connect electrical wiring, components, and systems on marine vessels, including power distribution, communication systems, navigation equipment, and control systems.
• Modify onboard vessels in Singapore or overseas shipyards together with QA/Service Engineer if necessary.
• Assembly of the enclosure, bracket, component and wire up the panel for the project in the workshop with instruction/arrangement of workshop supervisor.
• Checking the incoming material according to the BOM list and preparation work for the project.
• Inspect electrical systems to ensure they comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct testing to verify the proper functioning of electrical equipment.
• Keep track of the shop production drawing that the engineering department issued for production.

Requirements:

• Experience in wiring an electrical control panel according to the given electrical design DWG.
• Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components relevant to the marine industry.
• Have Marine Panel knowledge and requirements.
• Will be required to onboard vessels upon request.

He/she acts as 1st level support for local company’s users with regards to IT infrastructure related subjects.

Main Responsibilities:

» Regional coordination of IT infrastructure related projects (project management skills are required) and activities

» Support for CN services, Firewall, MPLS, SD-WAN, LAN components and servers

» Regular review and maintenance of IT asset inventory

» Request of authorizations for group services and tools over IDM and company IT Services Portal.

» Creation and maintenance of users in the company active directory

» Responsible for local infrastructure and end user support on IT hardware and application issues

» Installation of SAP GUI, printer setup and maintenance in SAP

» Governance of company standardization guidelines with regards to software and hardware purchased in the region

» Lead buyer for procurement of IT related assets for head quarter in Singapore

» Vendor Management including RFB’s for new vendors

» IT invoice verification and claim management with IT vendors

» Proposal of cost effective measures to reduce the IT operation costs in the region

» Lead the quarterly IT reporting and the annual budgeting in the entire region
