The Brightline observational study at NTU will target an enrolment of N=500 students who will be onboarded onto the HOPES digital phenotyping platform. This project is going to use an existing software platform being created by the MOHT. The intention of this purchase is to hire a software engineer with python programming skills to develop, troubleshoot the software, and work closely with the business team on operational aspects from an engineering perspective
