Job Description

1. Designing and developing Pega BPM applications.

2. Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models.

3. Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.

4. Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services.

5. Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.

6. Integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements

7. Designing, coding and testing program modules that meet design specifications

8. Maintaining, tuning and repairing applications to keep them performing in accordance to technical and functional specifications

9. Perform preventive maintenance activities

10. Providing user support

Skills requirement

1. Proven work experience as a Pega developer with at least 3 years’ experience using Pegasystems

framework

2. Preferably certified as Pega Senior System Architect (8.x)

3. Strong understanding of Pega methodologies (Agile Scrum preferred) Experience with full lifecycle Pega

implementations (Pega 8.x)

4. Demonstrated understanding of various Pega Rules components – including: DX API, UI, Activities and

Flows, Declaratives, Decision, Validation, Reports, Correspondences

5. Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand search requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Stay up to date with the latest Azure services, features, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

• Contribute to development activities using Open AI/ML technology.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies or related

• More than 5 years of relevant working experience in Java

• Senior developer with good hands-on experience in providing solutions using Open AI and Machine Learning.

• Good hands-on experience in Azure Cloud.

• Experience in developing application in Java or Python.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Scope of work

• Working for SharePoint development and support projects
• Develop, Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications.
• Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
• Developed custom workflow in Nintex
• Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading managing and monitoring a SharePoint Server or a SharePoint Farm.
• Configuring all service applications like Search, Metadata, and User Profile Synchronization etc.
• Creation of a Content DB and maintaining it.
• Troubleshooting in SharePoint farm. Configuration of Business Connectivity Services for connecting to a SQL database or a WCF service.
• Training and supporting the business users in their day to day involvement in SharePoint sites.

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least 5+ years IT experience in SharePoint 2013, 2010, MOSS 2007, ASP.NET, C#.NET, MS SQL SERVER. Completed 2 full cycles of successful SharePoint project management.
• Experience in working for SharePoint development and support projects
• Experience in Nintex workflow is must. Experience with developing business process and solutions using Nintex Forms
• Experience in creating automated business solutions using SharePoint/Nintex forms, and dashboards.
• Experience in SharePoint administration and architecture. Understanding of IIS, Active Directory and Mail Configuration.
• Experience in end to end execution of SharePoint Migration 2003 to 2010 is advantageous.
• Architecture skills on planning, designing and setting up of SharePoint Farms is advantageous.

• Responsible to lead collaboration within internal application stakeholders, Infrastructure team and vendors / third-party services

• Lead large-scale system implementations, providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the software design, development, and integration.

• Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems. Optimise application performance, scalability and security.

• Design, develop, and maintain code that meets requirements, is high quality, and performs efficiently and effectively to provide a great customer experience

• Incorporate standards and best practices, including performance, security, scalability, and maintainability

• Participate in an agile team to deliver the full lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment

• Continually work towards making improvements in the development process

• Code review and contribute to design patterns and coding standards while being mentored

Basic Qualifications

Demonstrable experience with Android engineering and understanding of the ecosystem and strong knowledge of Android SDK and integration.

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 5+ years of enterprise computing experience, including 3 years of application engineering experience with Native Development and React Native experience would be big plus

Technical Skillsets:

Good experience in native iOS & android app development exposure. Possess strong CS fundamentals, including Data Structure & Algorithms. Strong sense of design and user-centered perspective. Sound knowledge with security by design technologies such as encryption, MFA authentications, OAuth, OWASP Top Ten and industry standards.

• Programming Languages: Kotlin, JAVA, JavaScript, React, React JS

• IDE: Node-JS, X-Code, Eclipse, Android SDK, Android Studio, Visual Studio Code.

• Web Services Handling: REST/SOAP-based web services, AJAX and JSON

• API’s Used: APIgee, Google & Flurry Analytics, Openssl (RSA Encryption/Decryption, AES Encryption,Decryption), KeychainAccess, GooglePlus,
