Job Description

* Understand client requirements, provide solutions and translate requirements into application features.

* Involve in SCRUM based development approach (write stories, sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint review)

* Collaborate with the team of developers to design, develop and implement new solutions.

* Create prototypes according to requirements and confirm with the client/stakeholders before development.

* Analyse and extract insights from large and complex datasets using various statistical and machine learning methods; build and train custom models from data

* Write high quality software within the scope, time and budget without compromising on the quality and usability.

* Perform unit and integration testing and work with clients on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before implementation.

* Troubleshoot and debug applications, provide technical support for the clients.

* Constantly evaluate and work with the team to improve existing applications and recommended better solutions.

* Develop technical documentations / User Guides / training guides and maintain the documents as per the application release.

* Take part in the internal technical meetings and actively contribute to the betterment of the team and the company.

Job Requirement

* Degree in IT/Computer studies

* Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in Software Development

* Experience with strong development skills in Microsoft technologies like .NET, C#, MVC framework, Javascript framework, python, etc.

* Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6

* Solid understanding of database design, query and systems (SQL).

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner

* Experience in developing Web Services/API will be an added advantage.
