Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains systems using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Provides technical support to users.
- Troubleshoots and resolves system issues.
- Participates in business analysis and technical design sessions.
- Ensures compliance with industry regulations.
- Documents system processes and presents progress reports.
- Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manages projects as assigned.
- Coaches and mentors team members (for senior positions).
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
- Possesses at least 5 years of experience in system development and support.
- Demonstrates strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Exhibits excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Experienced in one or more full Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs) for enterprise projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Crystal Reports and Jasper Reports is an added advantage.
