Job Description:

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages.
• Preparing and display food items.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Ensuring work station and area are kept clean at all times.
• Review daily specials, changes on the menu.
• Provide excellent service to guests.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the food service to ensure that the nutritional value and quality of meals meets the required statutory requirements and standards.
• Supervise the preparation and organisation of the meal distribution.
• Perform regular checks on the quality and quantity of both cooked and uncooked foods.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Food Hygiene Audit
• At least 2 years of cooking and supervising experience in a commercial/healthcare setting.
• People centric and able to interact in a multi-cultural environment.

Job Scope:

· Interact with clients in-store and assist them with order placements and enquiries.

· Communicate with clients via phone and email to assist with their orders and enquiries.

· Facilitate collection of cake orders by delivery drivers and walk-in customers · Prepare simple coffee beverages

· Manage cashier & stock inventory

· Curate promos and deals to attract new customers and increase engagement

The ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
