We are looking for a coordinated individual who is able to organize the traffic between the client, suppliers and ourselves, handling all things administrative.
If you think you have the ability to multitask, have amazing common sense and the determination to excel, then we have a position for you. Unlike a regular administrative post, this job requires you to step up and take on a more empowered role in providing our team with the backing they need.
Job Scope
Issuing of Delivery Orders
Liaising with customers and drivers on delivery
Handle incoming & outgoing phone calls, courier services, vendors & suppliers
Filing and other administrative duties
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
A POSITIVE ATTITUDE (We value individuals with a positive attitude over experience anytime)
Min GCE O level
Prior experience in administrative duties would be advantageous
Good communication skills and able to handle customers with confidence
Preferably able to converse effectively in both English and Chinese (we have Chinese suppliers)
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work independently and resourcefully
Able to commit to overtime when required
