Senior Social Media Analyst

As a Senior Social Media Analyst supporting our client - one of the largest technology brands, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning measurement and analysis of their social booster campaigns and how it fits in the broader social marketing campaigns. 

Your primary focus will be creating engaging and cutting-edge social strategies targeted toward consumers.  You will work across several of our client's products and consumer apps in APAC to deliver methodological and intelligent campaign performance insight reports. Role: 

• Lead campaign measurement reporting from Earned, Owned and Paid Social data for the local market and/or product teams.

You:

• Partner with the rest of the team on the technical implementation of copy and maintain voice across a wide range of deliverables, including print and digital ad campaigns, web pages, brochures, events, case studies, videos, and more.

Senior Marketing Specialist (Event)

As a Senior Marketing Specialist supporting the client’s Marketing teams of one of the largest tech companies, your work will include driving event production excellence through the management of venues, technical production, experiential programs, registration, translation services and event logistics.

The ideal candidate is resourceful and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. He/she is innately curious and wants to make a difference with his/her work. This role supports our client's marketing activities, including market research, developing proposals for marketing campaigns and events planning.

Role: 

• Lead the development and management of event plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, objectives, and cross-functional teams.
• Project manage the coordination of guest management and registration experiences for local event activations across multiple APAC markets. This entails supervising the creation of landing pages, registration forms, and email communications.
• Understand and articulate the requirements of local APAC market teams to steer the development of APAC templates for landing pages, registration forms, and communications. Ensure timely communication of changes and needs to the Global team.

• 6+  years of project & event management experience, including multi-stakeholder management across multiple markets

As the Senior Strategy & Operations Specialist, you'll work with the APAC division of one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the organisation's efficient operation and the achievement of strategic goals.  This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organisation has the strategic communication, decision-making tools, and processes in place for clarity of direction and success.

[Your Role As Our Executive Assistant]

You’ll be a key team player in supporting our Senior Leadership team in a wide spectrum of business functions such as Facilities Management, IT Operations Management & HR Operations:

Facilities Management

• Ensure that our classrooms are in operable conditions based on defined SOPs: You’re in charge of maintaining a clean & conducive environment for our students to learn & team members to work in!

Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

12 months fixed-term contract

As the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be working with the APAC division of one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. Your work is instrumental in identifying opportunities to develop the Creator Community in the region, and will result in more Creators considering video-sharing as a platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity. 

You’re someone with an experimentation mindset and will be leading growth marketing initiatives to accelerate creator growth and retention in key markets. Working closely with product marketing managers, data scientists, strategists and experts, you will be evolving our approaches and providing growth hacks and solutions to transform the business.

Role:

• Develop acquisition and retention strategies to drive product adoption and growth via our own and operated platforms (e.g. in-app notifications, email)
• Analyze marketing and product funnels to identify opportunities and build audience segmentation, to drive step-changes in creator and revenue growth
• Define marketing channel mix and use lifecycle marketing principles to create personalized and engaging experiences for creators 
• Design and execute campaign strategy by working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop creatives and content 
• Generate and structure plans to execute on projects, manage project priorities and allocation of resources within the project 
• Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs for growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns, such as product adoption rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc
• Collaborate with global, regional, local and cross-functional teams to design growth experiments and A/B testing initiatives, leveraging user feedback and behavioral data to inform iterative improvements and optimize the product-market fit. 

• Stay informed about, communicate, and apply new or current trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing strategy 
• Strong understanding of growth concepts, user journey optimization and experimentation frameworks with hands-on experience of developing marketing campaigns based on personas and segmentation cohorts
• Creative expertise, understanding of creative strategy and production process
• Understand of attribution of marketing data (e.g. multi-touch attribution, cannibalization optimization, marginal efficiency, etc)
• Strong project management, ability to work across project teams on several projects at once, and previous experience working with agencies
• Sensitive to data with strong analytical skills, maintains curiosity and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, ability to cope with work pressure, have top-level awareness and ability to pinpoint and overcome challenges

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technological industry or deep understanding of the technological landscape
• Some knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL) and  markup language (i.e. HTML)
• Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support with the projects spanning across JAPAC.

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, deep understanding of marketing measurement and revenue models (e.g. LTV, ROI etc)
• Passion for the web video/video-sharing ecosystem and digital culture. Understand video-sharing platform, its creators and identify opportunities to celebrate the creator community

As a Senior Technologist, your primary focus will be to develop, manage, and innovate in Virtual Lab environments. Role’s Responsibilities:

Virtual Lab Development:

• Server Management & Service Integration: Work collaboratively on managing our virtual servers, focusing on seamless integration and ensuring high performance in all applications.
• Pipelines and Automation: Create effective pipelines and scripts to automate processes and workflow.

Application Development & AI Solution:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using advanced technologies including Python, Flask, Linux OS, Git, Docker, Restful API, and other relevant frameworks.
• Development & Maintenance: Create and sustain AI-focused applications, ensuring they are in line with the latest trends in data science and AI.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years in DevOps or Engineering roles.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, with knowledge in Flask, Linux OS, Git, Docker, and Restful API. Additional experience in Bash, Ruby, Mojo, or Rust is a plus.
• Leadership & Interpersonal Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing projects and leading teams in Full-stack or DevOps areas. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
