• Supervise and train AV crew
• Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
• Setup and teardown of AV equipment, led wall at events
• Setup, program and teardown of analog and digital audio mixer at events
• Setup and teardown of lighting at events
• Serve as sound and lighting technician for events
• Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use at an event
• Investigate equipment faults and recommend actions to rectify
• Maintain audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, LED video wall, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
• Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
• Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
• Provide regular feedback to Company on communication issues and service improvements

Working Location: Gul Area

Working Hour: 8.00AM - 8.00PM / 8.00PM - 8.00AM

Working Day: Rotating Shift (Monday to Sunday)

Responsibilities

• Perform/supervise vendors for ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
• Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, building management system (BMS), and building repairs
• Perform facility routine inspections and report on condition affecting operations
• Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire protection, and other systems
• Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
• Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required
• Attend training sessions
• Other assigned tasks as requested.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 3 - 5 Year of relevant work experience
• Able to work on 12 Hour Rotating Shift is a MUST
• Hands-on experience with HVAC and BMS is a MUST
