Job Scope:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment or systems according to specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective solutions
• Respond to service calls and provide on-site support to customers
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with customers regarding service needs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Provide training and support to customers on equipment usage and maintenance
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
• Assist in the development of service procedures and manuals

Requirements:

• Electric & Electronics Engineering Certification or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of PC, Windows, and Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills in English (reading and writing)
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
