Laser Cleaning Technician (Part-Time)

We are looking for a laser cleaning technician to join our factory and be a key member of operations. You will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, basic repairing, and maintaining the laser cleaning equipment(under manufacturer guidance), as well as training and supervising future new operators. Job Responsibilities:

• Apply functional requirements and use engineering tools to design electronic circuits or control systems for product changes or new development under direct supervision.
• Utilize software tools or applications to analyze and test electronic circuits or systems, documenting performance against design criteria.
• Identify testing objectives at a component level following Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, and evaluate test results.
• Assist in preparing component specifications and follow established work processes to document designs.
• Collaborate in preparing materials for design reviews.
• Work with mentors to understand the process of submitting invention disclosures and recognize ideas with potential intellectual property (IP) value.

Primary Function:

6. Work in shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Execute repair and maintenance tasks assigned by supervisors.
2. Document all repair and maintenance tasks accurately.
3. Provide timely support for repairing production machines and equipment.
4. Attend to unforeseen machine breakdowns during off-hours.
5. Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled.
6. Support automation integration efforts.
7. Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and yield.
8. Adhere to regulatory and in-house system requirements, especially for medical and automotive customers.
9. Prepare automation documents, reports, and records daily.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. NTC in an engineering-related discipline, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Plastic Technology.
2. Hands-on experience in factory automation.
3. Experience in Plastic Injection Molding and PLC programming is a plus.

Shift Timings & Details:

• 2nd Shift: Mon to Fri, 3 pm – 11 pm; Sat, 1 pm – 7 pm (5.5 days).
• 3rd Shift: Mon to Fri, 11 pm – 7 am (5 days).
