Overall job objectives

• Responsible in administrative supporting and ensure business activities are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.

Core responsibilities

• Consumer testing standard & regulation / requirement for Softline, Hardline, Chemical.
• Handling sample submission from Malaysia & Thailand branch, basic view sample with confirmation, take sample photo as a record and distribute to designated Department for Testing.
• Follow up on unclear Test Request Form and Sample TAT date.
• Co-work with CS team follow up subcontract sample status from outsource laboratory, and keep track the status to ensure result delivery on time
• Prepare and consolidate of final report and issuing on time
• Support sample breakdown in Chemical department, if necessary
• Document management of test report, arrange test report from MY and SG side. Archive test report in running number for easy access during SAC audit.
• Support SAC accreditation in Mechanical, E&E and Softline testing

· To perform troubleshooting ,inspections and examinations.

· may require to contact customer via phone or sms to provide quotation for out of warranty repair and update repair status should there be additional fault or for fault verification.

· Repair and replacement of defective parts, components or upgrading softwares to rectify the fault.

· To conduct maintenance checks to ensure quality and efficiency of devices

· To meet all required repair KPIs.(eg. Repair turnaround time, quality of each reapir…etcs)

· Adhere to OEM and Company’s SOP to achieve KPIs and repair processes

· To churn daily productivity reports as required (including reporting of common faults found iduring diagnosis or repairs).

· Ensure technical table are neat and tidy before leaving.

Requirements:

• Min O-Level or equivalent. Relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus
• Min 2 years’ experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

The Equipment Technician II is responsible, as member of the interdisciplinary operation team, to provide technical support for production operations in meeting output and quality. This includes transfer, document and repair. Further the Equipment Technician will support the Equipment Engineer in required training activities to ensure the processes will be correctly operated. Also his/her expertise will be required to optimize the infrastructure of the facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide first level troubleshooting and resolve production stoppages due to equipment issues
• Minimise equipment downtime and ensure production meets target output and yield
• Document and report all production line stoppages due to equipment or technical issues
• Monitor machine output and ensure the required standards are met
• Replenish production auxiliary materials and tools in the respective workstations
• Perform process control check where necessary
• Participate in and execute preventive maintenance and calibration activities for production and measuring equipment
• Ensure work stations are in excellent housekeeping conditions
• Collaborate with engineers and production in continuous process improvement projects
• Maintain and build up relationships with local vendors
• Other duties as assigned
• Able to perform shift work as and when necessary

Your Profile

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in any Engineering discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in medical device industry
• Prior technical experience in Electronics / Manufacturing environment will be added advantage
