The Job

• Vehicle recovery from roadside breakdown
• Unlocking vehicles with keys locked inside
• Carrying out diagnostic for both commercial and passenger vehicles
• Carrying out mechanical repair for commercial and passenger vehicles, including, but not limited to, clutch, starter, battery, tyre patching or replacing spare tyre, alternator, fan belt, electrical system, air leaks

Your Responsibilities: -

• Respond promptly to all maintenance job requests pertaining to electrical systems, addressing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct validation and calibration of electrical equipment to maintain accuracy and functionality.
• Update routine preventive maintenance reports for electrical equipment, documenting inspections, maintenance tasks, and equipment condition for tracking and compliance purposes.
• Assist engineers in supervising external contractors during electrical servicing or maintenance work, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Participate in Work Improvement Suggestions (WIS), Safety near-misses reporting, and corrective/improvement works related to electrical systems, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and safety enhancements.

You will need: -

• At least 2 year of relevant working experience in electrical maintenance
• NITEC in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
• Only Singaporean

• Assist Team Leaders and engineers with mechanical maintenance tasks, collaborating to address complex issues and maintain equipment reliability.
• Conduct daily hands-on troubleshooting and routine maintenance of mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Update daily maintenance reports for mechanical systems, documenting work done, issues encountered, and solutions implemented for tracking and reference purposes.

Responsibilities

• Be physically fit for manual work such as lifting, carrying, shifting, transferring of materials/chemicals.
• Perform production activities such as raw or intermediate material receiving, staging, material movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection, material charging, offloading, drum packing, milling operations, housekeeping as per SOP.
• Ensure proper communication and handling over of shift duties.
• Complete all documentation including Record of Manual Operation (RMO), Cleaning Instruction (CI), Manufacturing Instruction (MI) according with GMP and GDP standards

Requirements:

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology / Chemistry or other related fields Or Certified Process Technician (CPT)
• Comfortable to work 12 hours shifts (have additional shift & site allowance)
