Duties:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks as directed, and update the CMMS database.
• Maintain rotating and static equipment, plant piping, and structural support systems.
• Respond to and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Determine necessary materials, tools, and methods for safe maintenance tasks.
• Conduct machinery condition monitoring and field data collection with the production team.
• Ensure operational efficiency of all plant valves and mechanical components, including control and plant valve maintenance.
• Supervise in-house contractors and vendors, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

• Perform valve line-up and LOTO for maintenance preparations.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions :

• Manage the Rope Access Team and Projects as Rope Access L3
• Create, implement and control an appropriate rope access management system
• Assist with company's rope access procedures, update and implement risk assessment, safe work procedures and fall prevention plan.
• Assist rope access team in setting up and rigging for L1 technicians.
• Carry out works requiring Rope Access skillsets including maintenance works like Façade, Painting, sealant, etc, and any other Maintenance requiring rope access skills
• Periodically conduct inspections on PPE of rope-access team to ensure equipments are safe to use before work.
