Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budget forecasts.
- Help with tender documents and sourcing suppliers.
- Monitor and track project costs and scope changes.
- Conduct site visits and prepare valuations.
- Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
- Liaise with project stakeholders for information and communication.
Requirements
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD).
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Min 1 year experience
