Job description:

• Lead and monitor deal sourcing, market research, financial modelling, due diligence and presentations to key stakeholders for investments in international markets (outside Indonesia)
• Plan, direct and monitor the analysis and due diligence for potential investment and acquisition initiatives
• Drive expansion of the Group’s international expansion into new territories
• Support the treasury team in financing and re-financing activities, as well as other returns enhancement activities for existing investments
• Drive analysis and strategy to promote optimal portfolio mix through risk-adjusted returns and diversification
• Initiate and lead the restructuring of existing investment portfolio into fund management business and source for potential investors
• Lead the development of advisory and action plans for investment exit strategies
• Maintain and develop relationships with potential investors and external equity partners
• Manage and coach the team and cultivate company values

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• At least 10 years in core valuation, M&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis
• Strong knowledge of valuation, financing, accounting, and strategic analysis
• M&A due diligence and deal negotiation experience required
• Strong time-management skills & ability to work well under pressure and take on responsibility
• Ability to demonstrate strategic vision and high attention to detail

• Responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimation, variation orders, claims, budget and cost control.
• Prepare settlement.
• Assist PM/CM/ Engineer in planning and coordination.
• Site Visits, assessment and projections.
• Coordinate with the customers representative on all quantity matters.
• Coordinate all receipt inspections.
• Distribute relevant documentation.
• Verify that the quantity related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
• Ensure all quantity control documentation is compiled and competed.
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
• Compete site control instructions and action remedial responses.
