Job description:
- Lead and monitor deal sourcing, market research, financial modelling, due diligence and presentations to key stakeholders for investments in international markets (outside Indonesia)
- Plan, direct and monitor the analysis and due diligence for potential investment and acquisition initiatives
- Drive expansion of the Group’s international expansion into new territories
- Support the treasury team in financing and re-financing activities, as well as other returns enhancement activities for existing investments
- Drive analysis and strategy to promote optimal portfolio mix through risk-adjusted returns and diversification
- Initiate and lead the restructuring of existing investment portfolio into fund management business and source for potential investors
- Lead the development of advisory and action plans for investment exit strategies
- Maintain and develop relationships with potential investors and external equity partners
- Manage and coach the team and cultivate company values
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- At least 10 years in core valuation, M&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis
- Strong knowledge of valuation, financing, accounting, and strategic analysis
- M&A due diligence and deal negotiation experience required
- Strong time-management skills & ability to work well under pressure and take on responsibility
- Ability to demonstrate strategic vision and high attention to detail
