PURPOSE:

The Legal Counsel is to provide assigned business units with legal advice, to provide legal support to business activities and any strategic and operational matters and issues. This will include but not be limited to providing legal advice, legal support and contract review in respect of all contractual transactions (including but not limited to regional tenders, bids and all contract management related matters. We are looking for an experienced Privacy legal professional who can act as Privacy Legal Counsel for Dell’s Asia Pacific, Japan (APJ) region and be a strategic partner in leading privacy compliance efforts for the company.
