· Manage both internal and external correspondences for CEO.
· Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
· Book and coordinate travel arrangements.
· Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send out reminders.
· Support SIMC’s Registry to manage the Centre’s mediation services.
· Support training, marketing and client engagement services to promote international mediation in Asia and beyond.
· Source supplies, event venues, and various service vendors.
