Job Description:
Ā· Provide timely management report to accurately reflect performance of the operations including in-depth analysis to ensure integrity of results across all product lines.
Ā· Liaise with outlets to compile variance reports on the followings:
a. Physical stock count from outlet;
b. Minor Variables (Tasting, Free-Of-Charge (FOC), Spoilt) from outlet;
c. Purchase from invoices and
d. Sales data from Point-Of-Sales (POS).
Ā· Provide daily, weekly and quarterly reports that track revenues and gross profit by customers and product categories.
Ā· Prepare Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Report on members sign up, top spender, cash back, first visit, transaction and spending history reports.
Ā· Update Mailchimp database, Advocado CRM and SevenRooms for guest experience and retention.
Ā· Create open items for alcoholic beverages, if any to verify against POS and update price change.
Ā· Prepare and update simplified month end Profit & Loss.
Ā· Issue Raptor access card, update new payment mode, seating and menu arrangement as and when required.
Ā· Provide timely and accurate respond to ad-hoc request as and when required by management.
Ā· Interact with the marketing and other departments on the forecast, actual, budget and business metrics on sales, gross profit and other departmental expenses.
Job Requirements:
Ā· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Accountancy/ Finance will be an advantage.
Ā· Familiar with Raptor, Advocado and SevenRooms will be an advantage but not necessary.
Ā· Fresh graduates and Mid-career individuals are welcome to apply.

Ā· Proficient in MS Office Application (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
