Job Scope

• In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment and administration
• Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
• Experience in MOM application, renewal and cancellation of Work passes and regulations
• Bi-monthly Payroll processing and report generating
• General HR administration, such as preparation of employment, confirmation, increment, resignation and etc
• Other government related matters. - IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government and training grant, NS claims, maternity claim etc ..
• MOM onboarding, offboarding, dormitories, medical & hospitalisation matters.
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administrative or equivalent.
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): HR, Microsoft Office, Payroll, Info-Tech

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes for the group of company
• Assist in material ordering, matching PO, DO, and Invoice.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Manage organization's certifications (Apply/Renew)
• In-charge of basic IT support to the staff
• ISO experience
• Work closely with HR Department
• Planning of company annual event
• Road Tax & Vehicle Insurance Renewal
• Handling of Government Grant application such as EDG, PSG, Career Support Programme, Worklife Grant etc.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

•Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation

•Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL

•Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others

•Submission of Tax clearance

•Update and maintain Personnel data file

•Prepare Employment Contract

•WICA Insurance Claim

•Take care of Dormitory & Catering arrangement for workers

•Arrangement of Skilled Course enrollment for Workers

•Co-ordinate with Supervisor & prepare schedule for daily workers allocation at site

•Planning of company's annual event

•Provide support in administrative tasks

•FWMI & WICA Renewal

•Submission of Government Claims such as maternity leave, childcare leave etc...

•Handling of Government Grant applications such as Career Support Programme, Worklife Grant etc...

•Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Team Leadership and CoordinationLead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance to ensure team alignment with project goals and Wiqayah’s quality standards.
  
• Performance Monitoring and ReportingMonitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare detailed reports for internal and client review, ensuring transparency and accountability.
