• Intern(s) will be assigned to a team and a dedicated Supervisor/Mentor, in-charge of providing training and guidance during this attachment period
• Support the full-suite of Talent Acquisition; including managing job boards, screening applicants, interviewing & supporting the job offer and onboarding process of new hires.
• Utilize online platforms (eg. Job Portals, Telegram, LinkedIn etc.) & database in sourcing of profiles, conduct pre-screening and recommending candidates to suitable openings based on their interests, preferences and skill sets
• Support the liason and arrangement of interview process between candidates and hiring companies
• Support the team in the job offer process and provide onboarding and administrative support to candidates to ensure a positive working experience
• Any other admin and ad-hoc assignments

The graphic design intern will report to the Creative Manager and will support the business entity of Food Republic and Food Junction:

Responsibilities:

• Basic image manipulation and editing work
• Prepare images to coincide with social and/or digital usage
• Assist in developing and executing brand visuals
• Assist with collateral updates
• Creation of graphical assets to support FA Brand team
• Support the creative team in executional/adaptational work
• To partake in brainstorming sessions with the creative team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing in Visual Communication and/or Interactive Media Design or any related courses
• Able to commit full-time internship
• Working knowledge in MS Office, Google Workspace
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Primarily Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Strong design skills, keen eye for detail, visual literacy and meticulousness
• Good communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframe
• Desire to learn, self-motivated and organized

As a Packaging Intern, you are to assist on the packaging and labelling projects and activities such as qualification, artwork activities, vendor communication and other GxP activities in our Tuas site. In this role, a typical day will include:

· Assist in drafting the protocol and report for packaging qualification examples: colour transfer, exclusive brand Precision 1, Precision 1 Toric, Japan cartons, and Master UDI project

· Support the Packaging lead for vendor coordination and follow-up on the vendor activities such as checking the order status, receiving order, sending samples to the laboratory for testing

· Execute the packaging related test run and qualification (IOPQ)

· Assist the packaging lead in completing packaging related CR task

· Perform other activities related to packaging and labelling project

· Complete the activities as per project timeline
