1. Handle and execute day-to-day Air Freight Forwarding Export activities and Customer Service Shipment booking from Shipper
2. Booking of flights with procurement team.
3. Ensure smooth daily workflow, co-ordinate with operation section and traffic and warehouse department
4. Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
5. Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly

7. Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
8. Ensure Pre-alerts to destination offices via email
9. Manage problems, answer general inquiries and complaints for both local and overseas
10. Respond to emails promptly
11. Work closely with internal section customer service and load planning team meet customers requirements
12. Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedures
13. Ensure all data are updated timely and correctly in the system
14. Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice
15. Take lead in operational issue resolutions
16. Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
17. All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 'O' level
• At least 2 years in Airfreight and familiar with export process
• Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
• Well-organized on planning work tasks and meticulous
• A good team player with good interpersonal, communication skills and positive attitude
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Position Overview: As a Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support to ensure the company’s activities and game products comply with applicable laws, while also uphold and enforce internal company policies. You will work closely with various departments to minimise legal risks and protect the company’s interests in a dynamic and evolving gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing a high volume of operational agreements with vendors and partners, including service agreements, licensing agreements and independent contractor agreements for various projects and services.
• Monitoring compliance with data protection and privacy laws globally (particularly the US, EU, Singapore, China, Japan, and South Korea).
• Monitoring and analysing legal developments in the mobile gaming industry and advising on potential impacts to the business.
• Intellectual property (IP) infringement monitoring and handling infringement incidents or complaints.
• Maintaining a legal framework that supports operational efficiency and upholds the highest standards of corporate integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable law school.
• Approximately 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a legal role, with experience in the mobile gaming industry.
• Excellent drafting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with regular meetings.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, to be able to read and understand legal documents in both languages.
