The primary function of this role is to provide a full scope of client trust and corporate administration services for a portfolio of trusts and companies.

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients to assist in the establishment of new Trust and corporate structures and ongoing administration of existing structures.

Ongoing administration to include compliance with statutory requirements including compliance with all MAS regulations.

Assist the Manager with the completion of periodic review for a portfolio of clients based on client risk rating an according to company policy and procedures.

Terminations, liquidations, and winding-up of existing Trust and corporate structures.

Timely invoices to clients and prompt debtor collection.

Liaise with the Accounting Department to ensure that financial statements are completed in a timely basis for trusts and companies under administration.

Maintenance of trust and corporate records and internal files.

Maintenance of Client Management Information System (IBIS) database in relation to Trusts and companies.

Supervision and on-the-job development of the Officer and Junior Trust and Corporate staff members.

Other ad-hoc administrative requirements from time to time including in-house or regulatory projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in admissions within the international school or related education sector.
• Proven track record of acheiving robust admissions results
• Thorough understanding of the International school framework.
• Ability to devise impactful promotional initiatives.
• Superior communication prowess, adept at fostering connections with a diverse parents and student demographic.
• Able to communicate between our school and other relevant parties in English and Japanese.
