Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Network Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and configuring Cisco wireless infrastructure, switches, and routers, as well as proficiency with Palo Alto and Checkpoint Firewalls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cisco Wireless Infrastructure Management:

o Configure, deploy, and manage Cisco wireless access points and controllers to ensure reliable wireless network connectivity.

o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to wireless network performance, coverage, and security.

o Managing the Cisco ISE.

• Cisco Switches and Routers Management:

o Install, configure, and maintain Cisco switches and routers for optimal network performance.

o Perform network troubleshooting, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure network reliability.

• Firmware Upgrades:

o Upgrade firmware for wireless devices, routers, and switches as part of regular network maintenance and improvement.

o Ensure minimal disruption during firmware updates and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

• Network Monitoring with SolarWinds:

o Utilize SolarWinds for continuous monitoring of the network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless systems.

o Respond to alerts, troubleshoot network issues, and optimize network performance based on monitoring data.

• Firewall Management (Palo Alto, Checkpoint):

o Configure and maintain Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls to ensure network security and integrity

o Monitor firewall performance, implement policy changes, and respond to any security incidents or alerts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing and configuring Cisco wireless infrastructure, switches, and routers.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SolarWinds network monitoring tool.

• Proficiency in managing Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for network and security-related issues.

• Ability to perform firmware upgrades for network devices and equipment.

• Familiarity with network security practices and protocols.

• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification or equivalent is a plus.

• Experience with network documentation and creating network diagrams.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Cisco certifications (CCNP) or equivalent.

• Knowledge of other network security platforms.

• Experience in implementing network automation or orchestration tools.

Ensure that the security infrastructure deployment and configurations align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and organizational security policies. Provide Level-2/Level-3 Support for our service portfolio, including shared on-call duty (remote). Collaborate closely with our Architects, Engineers, internal customers, partners, and stakeholders. Initiate, manage, and implement changes to our security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and operate worldwide Internet Breakouts and VPN Services for Bosch Users and partners.
• Ensure security infrastructure deployments and configurations comply with industry standards, organizational policies, and compliance requirements.
• Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support for the service portfolio, including participation in shared on-call duty (remote).
• Work closely with Architects, Engineers, internal customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Initiate, manage, and implement changes to the security infrastructure.

The primary objective of this role is to provide Health, Safety & Security (HSS) specialist services to our local offices and activities in APAC and to provide support to the global Head of Workplace Risk and Compliance.

The HSS Specialist will implement programs to manage HSS risk as well as meeting or exceeding local relevant regulatory requirements. They will provide technical expertise in multiple HSS disciplines and serve as an effective member of cross-functional project teams and office expansions by providing guidance on all HSS matters in design, risk assessment and incident investigation. 

Your Mission:

• Ensuring HSS compliance in the Wise APAC locations and being a core member of the Wise HSS internal audit team.

• Serving as the technical resource for HSS by providing regulatory guidance, training, and operational consultation to internal partners and external stakeholders.

• Supporting the Wise Head of Workplace Risk and Compliance to implement policies, procedures and projects at a global level.

• Implementing proactive programs to reduce injuries and illnesses and being accountable for HSS risk assessments in the APAC region.

• Providing HSS support and guidance to regional managers.

• Supporting and assisting the wider Workplace Team in the accomplishment of plans, objectives and agreed targets.

• Monitoring HSS performance in the APAC region and providing reports at site and country level.

• Acting as a core member of the Workplace Incident management team and responding to crisis and emergency situations relating to colleagues’ physical safety or security.

• Assisting Workplace Business Continuity Management (BCM) teams to respond to emergencies by providing specialist advice and assistance on all aspects of HSS.

• Supporting the development of Wise sustainability reports and participating in the ESG committee where appropriate.
