Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor sustainable initiatives to enhance environmental performance across organizational development and operations, ensuring alignment with overall sustainability objectives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations by preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports, while maintaining updated records.
• Develop and track environmental performance metrics, including energy efficiency, resource conservation, and other sustainability-related KPIs, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Lead projects that advance sustainability objectives, such as renewable energy integration, biodiversity conservation, or emissions reduction initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader environmental goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to embed sustainability principles in organizational policies, including procurement, operations, and corporate strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Resource Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in environmental planning, regulatory compliance, or managing sustainability projects (fresh graduates with strong qualifications considered).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and experience in analyzing and reporting on environmental performance metrics (e.g., energy use, emissions, resource efficiency).
• Proficiency in tools and software for environmental data management and reporting, including Excel and sustainability platforms.
• Strong communication and project management skills, coupled with a passion for advancing environmental sustainability and a proactive approach to challenges.
