Job Responsibilities:

•  Assist Cook in preparation of all meals
•  Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen

•  Wash and clean all cooking utensils after every meal
•  Prepare and serve ready meals for residents when required
•  To adopt the First-In First-Out method for maintaining of all sundries and food items
• and ensure accurate stock level.
•  To assist in preparation of all meals in the absence of the Cook.

• Log staff fingerprint (2 different fingers, 1 on each hand) into biometric machine

• Assign locker, raise IT req for system access

• Conduct a short ED tour to intro the different areas to new hire

• Order hampers for staff on HL/ML

• Submit e-pay request for bereavement token

• Order name stamps/nametags/staff pass

Admission of Advocates & Solicitors (AAS)

• Open and close AAS requests in Intelligent Workspace (IW), including checking and filing of documents.
• Monitor AAS e-Litigation and AAS inbox.
• Process and review of applications/documents, handle electronic filing of documents.

Archival of Digitised Files
