A full-time Research Assistant position in the team led by Assistant Professor Chua Wei Ling is available at the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, National University of Singapore. We are looking for a Warehouse/Material Controller to join our client's operations team in Boon Lay, Singapore. This is a contract role offering a competitive salary of up to $3000 per month, with the opportunity to work 5 days per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of consignment against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient material handling and retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs.
• Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials.
• Ad-hoc task given by Supervisor/Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC
• Willing to do OT
• Prefer warehouse/storekeeper experience.
