• headquarters for the Asia Oceania region.

2. Contact management of existing investment in logistics infrastructure

• Attend regular meetings with partner companies for joint projects and ventures, representing the interests of MOL Group and MOL (Asia Oceania).
• Review progress and financial reports from management and partner companies, and request clarifications or take actions to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Prepare regular and update reports for management.
• Identify and assess risks that could impact project success, implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Seek internal approval or confirmation for critical decisions in existing projects, including but not limited to budget changes, new investments or divestments, appointment of key service providers, and amendments to shareholder agreements.
• Monitor the capital injection and distribution schedule for projects, coordinating with the internal accounting and finance
  teams to ensure timely communication.
