Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.

Requirements:

Clerical and administrative tasks

• Answering and directing phone calls, filing, typing letters, processing incoming mail, and data entry

Financial duties

• Preparing statutory accounts
• Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals
• Recording and filing cash transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Supporting payroll processing by gathering and inputting relevant dataProcessing and reviewing weekly/fortnightly payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation

Job Requirement

• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates

• Able to commence work immediately

• Able to work in Kaki Bukit area

• Able to work independently

• Good Interpersonal Skills, Meticulous and Detailed Oriented

Working Time

• 5.5 days work week (Mon to Fri 8:00am - 5pm) (Sat 8:00am - 12pm)
