• Expertise in renewable energy solutions, energy-efficient technologies, and sustainability frameworks, with a passion for driving environmental and organizational impact.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

• Preparing / catering of all necessary documents for submissions.
• Processing work orders, delivery orders,paperwork, etc.
• Monitoring and managing all phases of projects development and schedules.
• Coordinate and building good rapport with the clients.
• Ensure proper tracking and reporting of projects development.
• Work as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 3 years experiences in construction field
• Proficient in microsoft wors,excels.

Job Description:

· Handle sales enquiries and order processing

· Provide administrative support to ensure sales efficiency.

· Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing

· Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone

· Maintain a well-organized record of customer database

· Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/ NITEC, Diploma

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

· Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)

· Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

· Alternate Sat - 8.30 am to 12.30pm (consider as overtime)
