BIM COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Architects and team members to implement and monitor work plans;

· Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements;

· Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;

· Create BIM Design Models and Documentation;

· Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors.

Requirements & Attributes:

· Degree / Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years industry experience

· At least 3-5 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience

· At least 2-4 completed Revit projects

· Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification – Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control revisions of all documentation to ensure consistency of AEDAS deliverables as defined by the Team leader.
• Responsible for specific areas of the design and project development. where required by the project leader
• Assist in the process of coordination with external design teams, organizations or companies, managing its digital related aspects as directed.
• Prepare, develop and edit, under the guidance of the project leader or nominated architect, Sketches, Drawings, Models, Images, Specifications and other documents relating to a project or competition.
• Assist Architects / Designers & Project Leaders in controlling change i.e. Preparation of RVO’s and historical records reflecting change.
• Understand project statutory submissions and controls and to ensure comprehensive compliance documents are prepared as directed.
• Manage the CORENET interface for all submissions work.
• Understand and be familiar with the Singapore BIM standards and guides.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Architecture/Building Construction
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in architectural draughtsmanship and technical coordination;
• Proficient with the latest versions of AutoCAD, project information databases and specification writing;
• Experience in BIM and Revit will be an advantage;
• Construction drawings skills;
• Familiar with Singapore standards and e-submissions;
• Familiar with Singapore statutory requirements;
• Self motivated, organized and enthusiastic.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist, Therapy Assistant or Fitness Instructor to join our team, working with older adults in the community. The ideal candidate will conduct physical assessments, provide both individual and group-based interventions, and educate participants on falls prevention, frailty, and healthy aging. Additionally, the role involves active participation in functional assessment, data collection, multidisciplinary teamwork and discussions.

Job Description:

· Conduct targeted and individualized physical assessments for participants upon recruitment and during periodic reviews (training will be provided).

· Develop and implement exercise programs for participants, including OTAGO and Motor-Cognitive Dual-Task training.

· Train and supervise volunteers and staff at Senior Activity Centres to conduct exercise programs and periodic reviews.

· Provide education talks on falls prevention, frailty, and healthy aging.

· Ensure proper documentation of records for referral to community partners.

· Work as part of the “Implementation of Decade of Healthy Aging Action Plan to Screen and Prevent Decline in Intrinsic Capacity in Elders (SPICE) Through Multisectoral Collaboration” Team or community partners to deliver the above services.

· Participate in functional assessment, data collection, multidisciplinary teamwork and discussions with team and partners

· Foster close and warm relationships with participants, their families, and volunteers, demonstrating care and respect.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy or relevant training and work experience as fitness instructor.

· Qualified and full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) preferable

· Previous working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution is advantageous.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to speak multiple languages will be advantageous

· A keen interest in advancing your career in geriatrics and preventive health.
