Roles & Responsibilities

Our Inventory & Logistic Coordinator is responsible for handling end-to-end Inventory Management process. Job scope involves managing Incoming and Outgoing shipments, Managing Material Receipts & Issuance and ensuring Inventory accuracy in system at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

· Handle Incoming and Outgoing shipments.

· Handle Material Receipts & Issuance in accordance to Company Procedure.

· Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

· Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

· Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities and when stock reaches designated reorder point.

· Ensure inventory accuracy through conducting all inventory transactions related to shipping, receiving, work orders and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

· Conduct all transactions related to parent/child asset relationships accurately and in a timely manner.

· Run and initiate cycle count reports on a daily basis.

· Provide variance explanation, if needed.

· Know and understand Company Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

· Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of the Company.

· Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

· Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2-3 years General Inventory Experience

· Ability to multi-task

· Excellent organizational skills

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Basic Forklift skills

· Proficient in basic computer skills

· Ability to work closely and collaboratively with fellow employees

· Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

· Forklift license is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Identify any unsafe condition or unsafe act carried out on the work site.
• Recommend and assist the Occupier of the worksite to implement reasonable and practicable measures.
• Liaise with different departments on all safety and health matters.
• Conduct regular site inspections and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Regulations and other legislative requirements.
• Enforce all WSH requirements and in-house rules and regulations.

• Follow up on submission of SHE documents.
• Monitor the SHE performance in the work site.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B and/or any relevant Safety Certificates.
• With at least 2 years of working experience in high-rise building projects
• Experience in SMRT and LTA will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• This role may require rotating shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual will be an advantageous

Job Description & Requirements

• Able to read on AutoCAD drawings for project submission and check for accuracy.
• Ensure all submitted drawings have obtained approval by management and the client before starting works
• Prepare and submit site progress report during site installation and report any non-compliance of safety or technical issues and incidents to the management.
• To ensure all teams complete the planned work daily and weekly.
• To organize and file all documents for each project.
• Liaise with authority & clients.
• Check the quality and workmanship to ensure all standards are being met and ensure the accuracy of the items being produced before items are delivered, installed or collected.

* Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.

• Together with the Project Team, to be responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Assist the site project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
• Assist and coordinate our site teams and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
• Assist the Team in Project Management to achieve smooth project implementation and completion.
• Assist in the Project Costing and re-engineering to increase project profit margin, preparation of monthly progress claim and expenditure budget control.
• In-charge of project administration, documentations and reports etc. for the project.
• Assist the site project team in the selection of equipments & procurement of materials for the project.
• Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, M& E consultant and main or sub-contractors.
• Assist the Safety Coordinator / Safety Officer in the planning, assessment and implementation.
• Support in acquiring new opportunities – Tenders and Business Development
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• NTC/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)
• Min. 1years relevant experience at local construction site.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess leadership quality.
• Self initiative, out spoken, passionate and independent is an advantage
• Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project softwares, knowledge in AutoCad/Revit is an advantage
• Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
• This position requires the successful candidate to be onsite at times.

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
• Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.
• BIM project set-up and continued project administration.
• To be responsible for clash coordination & BIM coordination on construction site.
• Prepares and update Revit Model (Coordination drawings).
• Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

Job Requirements

• Possess BIM certificate
• Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Coordinator & 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to
