• Assist on travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crews including air tickets, visa application, hotel accommodation etc.;

• Minimum"N" level holders;

Key Responsibilities

• Work together with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements.
• Planning and overseeing events, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinating logistics matters with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, including catering, transportation, and audio-visual arrangements.
• Supervising venue selection, reservation, and preparation.
• Handling event registrations, guest lists, and communication with attendees.
• Ensuring adherence to safety, legal, and insurance regulations.
• Resolving issues that arise during events and making immediate decisions.
• Conducting post-event reviews to collect feedback and facilitate ongoing improvement.

• Manage day-to-day freight operations, with a focus on air freight, and occasional trucking and ocean freight.
• Work with 3PL warehouses and freight providers to resolve issues like documentation errors, cargo damage, and discrepancies.
• Respond quickly to stakeholders’ shipment-related queries.
• Handle escalations and resolve conflicts.
• Investigate shipment issues and implement solutions to avoid future problems.
• Monitor the performance of 3PL transportation teams and freight providers.
• Ensure agreed service standards and KPIs are met.
• Suggest and follow up on improvements for operations and systems to increase efficiency.

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, especially in air freight operations.
• Available to support weekends during peak times, with remote work options.
