Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervisor with issuing delivery notes, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Comply with customers' Standard Operating Procedures.
• Notify customers of any discrepancies via email.
• Provide administrative support for order processing, fulfillment, and deliveries.
• Maintain stock accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and annual stocktaking.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline warehouse processes.

Requirement:

• At least 1 years working experience in preparing warehouse documentation
• Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel
• Proficient in WMS / SAP
• Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers

Job Scope

• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for fulfilment by verifying order details and availability of stock.
• Pick items from inventory according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Pack products securely to minimize damage during shipping, adhering to company packaging standards.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure items are available for order fulfilment.
• Process returned items in accordance with company return policies.
• Communicate with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues such as delays, product damages, or order discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the order management and inventory systems.
