Key Responsibilities:

• Establish/identify new sales opportunities, secure sales to achieve Individual Sales Budgets & Enrolment Budget for course base assigned.
• Provide professional sales & products service to all customers' enquiries to convert to enrolment & sales.
• Assisting in organizing events/roadshow to promote Yamaha’s products.
• Conduct Trial Lessons, Open House and Students' Concerts/Graduation events, as planned.
• Ensure smooth operations of music school.
• Assist with the requisition for stores’ stock replenishment and ensure that an adequate level of stock is maintained at all times.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, managing inquiries and finalizing deals.
• Develop and maintain robust client relationships to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Customize and recommend educational programs tailored to client needs.
• Generate budgets and quotes that meet client expectations and ensure profitability.
• Assist the academic team in developing courses that fulfill client specifications.
• Identify and promote additional services that enhance our core offerings.
• Oversee class logistics, including scheduling, assigning teachers, and arranging venues.
• Ensure the availability and organization of class materials and documentation.
• Address and resolve any issues to maintain client and teacher satisfaction.
• Handle invoicing and billing, confirm timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Address billing concerns and conduct regular follow-ups for payments.
• Collaborate with finance to oversee payment processes and record-keeping for audits.
• Manage tender processes and proposal submissions, adhering to required standards.
• Seek opportunities for growth and upsell services to better meet client needs.
• Expand client base and improve service delivery via strategic marketing and partnerships.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in an educational or service-oriented industry.
• Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
