Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executive specialized in building construction or equivalent.

Job Functions & Summary:

Responsible for the maintenance of the store, keeping healthy inventory by ordering and replenishing stocks, and other office related and liaising duties.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

(1) Ordering, receiving and issuing materials, supplies, tools and equipment.

(2) Posting/daily data entry of the items issue into the in-house system.

(3) Matching PRs and POs and delivery orders/invoices and ensuring all invoices are checked, signed and recorded before forwarding to the Purchasing Department.

(4) Raising all shared PRs related to Keppel Club (eg. Petrol, Diesel and Irrigation)

(5) Monitor the level of stocks and replenish according to Par Stock Level.

(6) Updating Fertilizer and Chemical usage records in the system.

(7) Transfer and transport of inventory from Island to Bukit when necessary.

(8) Maintain accuracy of the stock records.

(9) Maintain the cleanliness of the working areas.

(10) Ensure that all goods are in good and serviceable condition.

(11) Conduct monthly stock-taking.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

· Minimum holder of Class 3 Driver’s License (Manual Transmission)

· Good knowledge in storekeeping practices and procedures.

· Highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented with excellent leadership capabilities.

· An eye for detail to ensure quality control for tasks and highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented individual.

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.

· Ability to adapt, embrace strong cultural diversity, work with multi-ethnic teams.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Must be physically fit to carry loads and tidy up store materials.

Your Main Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly handle customer enquiries
• Perform administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries
• Data entry and order processing
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
• Coordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentations andinvoicing
• inform all discrepancies to respective customer via email documentations and record
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as and when assigned

Your Professional Background:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year's warehousing-related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Possess forklift licence is an added advantage
• Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision
• Self-confident and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
